  1. (1) Regarding Juicing: It is not necessary to juice everyday, unless you are sick and/or on a cleansing program for a specified time. Secondly, you may try the juice recipe without ginger. If you feel nauseous, you may add 1/2 inch of ginger to your recipe. Ginger is a spice and should be used sparingly and medicinally. Thirdly, you may try the juice recipe without the granny smith apple. The apple is not just for flavor, it aids in the digestion of the high chlorophyll content.
    (2) Regarding GMO: Corn, wheat, soy beans top the list of GMO foods. Corn and wheat are used interchangeably in many places of scripture. The GMO foods is more than agenda, hidden under the cloak of “feeding the world.”
    (3) Lastly, try to eat foods in their natural state. Stay away from canned foods as much as possible. Remember to be temperate in all things.

  2. I would like to say thank you to all of you brother and sisters who was introducing me how to do preparation food for the time of crisis (Spiritual food and physical food). May God bless always be with us in one faith, one Spirit from the Father and His Son Jesus Christ unto Maranatha and He'll gathering us from all over the world to get eternal life forever. This is my hope and my pray, Amen..!!

  3. I so appreciate this program and the work you do. Thank you and God bless. But, I just wanted to point out one thing. Wheat is not yet genetically modified, it is however highly hybridized unless it is an ancient variety like Spelt, Kamut or Einkorn. According to the "Center for Food Safety" the three top genetically modified foods in the USA are corn, soy, and cotton; followed by canola (rapeseed) in Canada.

Jeffrey Smith the foremost authority on GMO's says this: "In the U.S., three major commodity crops are raised predominantly from GMO seed: field corn (92%*), soybeans (94%*), and cotton (94%*). *percentages are based on U.S. acreage as of 2015 (USDA)

Almost 98% of Canadian grown Canola is genetically engineered for herbicide resistance. U.S. sugar beet production is estimated to be over 95% genetically modified for herbicide resistance. GMO sweet corn, papaya, zucchini, and yellow summer squash are also for sale in grocery stores, but in far lesser amounts. Genetically modified alfalfa is grown for use as hay and forage for animals.

NEW: ‘White Russet’ brand potatoes, genetically modified to resist bruising were introduced to some grocery stores in 2015, but are not yet widely available. Genetically engineered non-browning ‘Arctic’ apples have been deregulated by the USDA and are expected to be on the market in 2016." (Institute for Responsible Technology)

Also, see a detailed article on the same in titled "These Charts Show Every Genetically Modified Food People Already Eat in the U.S." in TIME magazine. I hope this helps.

    Blessings!

  4. French Guiana, I just try looking up any information about this and none. They want to keep us in the dark and not to start a panic. Thank you for this timely message. God bless you all

  5. The apple helps to remove the minerals from the vegetable fibers there by enriching the juice. It is the malic acid within the apple that provides this feature. So mingling and juicing together is important.

  6. It's interesting that you're saying that because strikes here in French Guiana have precipitated a crisis beginning yesterday, in which roads are barricaded, businesses are closed and even food stores too, a few of which are open for a couple of hours daily. There is a desperate race to purchase food items. And men's hearts are failing them for fear , and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth, for no one knows how long this crisis will last. This preparation series comes in at the right time and is highly reassuring. Thank God for moving upon your hearts to stir us up into action. Please continue giving the trumpet a certain sound. And pray for us in FG.

  7. Exposing the dangers of GMO foods is extremely important. We are seeing many vegetarians that are experiencing many health problems that are caused in large part to GMO. When Adventists that practice the health message get many of the common day diseases such as cancer and so on, you know there are other contributing factors that they don't understand. I have watched many documentaries on the subject and is is scary and just plain evil what is been done to the food supply. Another thing I see is widespread use of the prescription drugs that we are supposed to stay away from. I can't understand why they speak about staying clear of meat, but when they get cancer they fill the temple with chemo! That just does not make any sense to me!

  8. I have been waiting for this!!! Thank you so much for taking the time an effort to put together this classes, most of us do nothing to prepare for the coming crisis, in any way, you guys are a tremendous blessing for us. God bless you and keep you!!

  9. Your Natural Foods Garden is a very exciting Idea! Thank you for the lessons on how to start the seedlings and how to use the Parent plant to start new Scallion plants, etc.
I plan to try some of your suggestions as soon as I can work out where to grow them.
I eat nearly a cup of frozen corn per day, as well as half a cup of wheat ( Cream of Wheat), Brown Rice, and fresh packed Kale or Spinach or Broccoli ( Pre-washed ), and at least one Roma tomato or half a cup of Grape tomatoes daily. They have no labels on them.
Now I am concerned, based upon your revelation that even the so-called Organic labels may be Fraudulent. Usually my Baby Carrots are Pre-washed, in the Organic Ready to Eat bags.
Sometimes I check the Organic Isles for Organic Apples, which almost always have lots of brown spots ( bite marks ) on them. And they are usually small, warped and very unsightly, plus very expensive for such unsightly fruit. But Organic Oranges are usually free of bruises or bites. Also, I like Bosc Pears, which are crisper and hardier than the soft yellow pears.
Fresh Grapes ( usually Big Reds ) ( I seldom see Organic Grapes) are among my favorite summer fruit.
It never occurred to me that the Celery was being sprayed with Pesticides. What about Bananas? Since they have to be peeled, does it matter?? Now I'm scared.
I do not have a fenced in, secure back yard. The Rabbits, birds, and the Neighbors children frequently come into … or through my yard.
How do you keep the Rabbits out?? What about the Black birds and the Sparrows??
    Eager to Learn!!
